Sri Bandi Ramesh
A Visionary Builder & Social Leader Behind BR Group and Sharvani Ventures
From the tranquil village of Bhatlapenamuluru in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, to the dynamic urban skylines of Hyderabad and beyond, Sri Bandi Ramesh’s life story is a powerful testament to hard work, vision, and service.
Born on 15th July 1963 into a humble agriculturist family, he was raised by Late Sri Bandi Bhaskara Rao and Smt. Bandi Sarojini Devi with strong values of discipline, integrity, and compassion. Despite limited means, his unwavering belief in the power of education led him to pursue a Diploma in Electrical Engineering in Hyderabad—a milestone that laid the foundation for his future.
He began his professional journey with Hyderabad Allwyn Ltd, a state government organization, where he worked for over 11 years as an Assistant Engineer in Electrical Maintenance. During this time, he observed the struggles of middle-class families in securing quality housing. Deeply moved and inspired, he decided to step into the construction industry—not just to build homes, but to build dreams.
The Rise of a Builder with a Vision
His entrepreneurial journey began in 1997 with the co-development of Sree Kalyani’s RBR Apartments in Miyapur (300 flats), marking his debut in real estate. He soon founded C B R Constructions, successfully delivering 400 units in Deeptisree Nagar. This was followed by his flagship firm, B R Constructions, in 2002, through which he completed several landmark projects, including:
- Sree Hema Durga Residency
- Sree Sai Ranga Bhaskara Residency
- Sree Hema Durga Heights
- Sree Hema Durga Galaxy
- Sree Hema Durga Towers
Together, these projects have delivered 800+ homes and over 8.5 lakh sq. ft. of high-quality residential space.
In 2003, he established Sharvani Builders & Realtors, adding another 500+ homes with renowned projects like Sree Sharvani Heights, Sree Hema Durga Classic, Legend, Sadan, and Lakshmi Pride.
Through further ventures such as S R Constructions and Dolphine Developers, he expanded with an additional 600–700 units. His commitment to scale and innovation led to the founding of B R C Infra Pvt. Ltd., currently developing Sree Hema Durga Siva Hills in Puppalaguda—a 7-tower gated community with 800 flats and a 36,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
In 2014, Sharvani Ventures & Avenues Pvt. Ltd. was born, currently executing prestigious projects like:
- Sree Hema Durga DNR Icon, Mangalagiri – 146 flats
- Sree Hema Durga Paradise, Chandanagar – 1128 flats
- Sree Hema Durga Jewel County, Keesarapally – 450 flats
In total, Sri Bandi Ramesh has delivered over 19 lakh sq. ft. of completed projects and has over 25 lakh sq. ft. under active development across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Ms. Bandi Manaswini is the CEO of Sharvani Ventures and Avenues Pvt. Ltd., bringing both strong academic credentials and practical industry experience to her leadership. She holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Tampa, and is an alumna of the MFAB program at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
